Artwork specifications
• If you are supplying completed artwork:

Please supply as either one of the following:

• High resolution PDF or Jpeg with hardcopy colour proof

• Indesign document with fonts, images, etc with hardcopy colour proof

• Photoshop document with layers with hardcopy colour proof

Please supply on CD or via email (to below specifications*) with a digital colour proof.  We cannot be held responsible for any reproduction inconsistencies if a digital colour proof is not supplied. When we have received your artwork and loaded it to our system we will provide you with a proof for your final approval.
• If we're creating the advertisement for you:

If we are creating the ad for you, please either send
information via email in the following format:

Photos/logos/images:  Please send all images that you would like to appear in your ad. It's also a good idea to supply us with your logo as a jpeg.  If you don't have a computerised version, please post either a current business card or letterhead so that we can scan the logo.  We can also scan brochures/flyers/pamphlets for pictures.

Wording/copy/text: Please just type your text into an email like this because Microsoft Word versions and other word processing program differ and sometimes we cannot open them.

Or post your photos, text and contact details to the postal address below.  

Your advert will be emailed to your free of charge accompanied by one set of alterations, any further alterations will incur and hourly artwork charge of $85/hr. We will make up your advertisement from the information sent and email you a copy for your approval. Please respond to the email immediately either with "alterations required" or an "OK to print" email.
Important information
If you require our graphic department to create your advertisement, all elements as stated above must be submitted 2 working days prior to your material deadline. If you require an extension on your material deadline you must advise Production ASAP as artwork that arrives late will only be accepted if you have been granted an extension. If you require your cd's/dvd's to be returned to you, please enclose a letter advising that you would like your disk returned otherwise it will be destroyed. Also, if you decide not to go ahead with your advertising after we have started designing your ad, you will be invoiced for the design time that has been spent on your ad. You will be charged at $85/hr. By sending in your artwork you agree to this term.
